6 Withdrawal Rules

Before processing a withdrawal request, tq99 verifies identity and ensures applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if the following conditions are not fulfilled:

• Account information must be complete and verified.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must be a minimum of ৳500.
• The mobile wallet to which funds are sent must match the number registered on the account.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In unusual circumstances, there may be a delay.

7 Welcome Bonus

When you open an account at tq99 for the first time and make a deposit, you receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000.

Example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳12,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000 (bonus capped at maximum limit)

Wagering Requirement:

Before withdrawing winnings from the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus.

8 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — the bonus expires at the end of that period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for placing bets.
• tq99 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus programme at any time.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through dishonest means, the account will be closed.
• No more than one welcome bonus may be claimed by the same person or household.

9 VIP Tiers

The tq99 VIP programme has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can gradually move to a higher tier and enjoy greater benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

10 Fair Play Rules

tq99 places the highest importance on fair play. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug.
• Claiming bonuses or rewards multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Attempting to cheat or commit fraud in any game.

If any of the above rules are violated, tq99 may close the account without notice and forfeit any balance held.

11 Technical Issues and Disputes

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical issue, tq99 will follow server logs and the game provider's records to determine the outcome of the relevant game round. tq99's decision on this matter will be considered final.

If you have an objection regarding any matter, you must notify the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy

tq99 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all our players to play responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid placing additional bets to recover losses.
• Use our self-limit feature to set your own deposit and betting limits.

16 Account Suspension and Termination

17 Limitation of Liability
